Looking for a Home

Post by NotANugget » Mon Mar 14, 2011 11:33 pm

After approaching a few camps and getting less than positive response, I am posting this in an effort to find a place for my son and I this burn.

The skinny-

It has been 7 years since I went to a burn. Life got in the way, etc.

This year's theme is telling me it is time to go home.

By the time BM starts, my son will have lost his mom and his grandfather and I will have lost my father and an 11 year relationship.

Problem is, apparently, everyone seems to be afraid of having a 16 year old around. Can someone please guide me to a camp that could accomodate us?

We want to fly in to Reno. I can rent a car to get to the burn, but our ability to bring some of the needed gear is going to be limited. Maybe some guidance - my first burn I lived in the eno area so had no issues - this long distance thing is foreign to me...

Thank u in advance for any help.

Youre always welcome at bloodbath&beyond! just make sure your son stays away from the bar. we serve bloody marys in the morning, and whats left is to other campers desires. best of luck!
