Most people I've seen fight in the Dome are friends. The whole "Meet me in the Thunderdome, asshole" concept really isn't what it's about. And, despite Shaggy's photo, it's with padded weapons - winners are decided by how many good hits they get, and the style and flair with which they fight, not by beating their opponents into submission. Despite the chants of "Two Men Enter, One Man Leaves", it's a pretty friendly place.

Well, I never saw anyone drawn back by their ankles and launched at their opponent at the Faire, but the fighting I did there wasn't a bad way to get the basics down. Why do think I always win? Of course, I haven't gotten a chance to fight Shaggy yet. Lanky Longhair Intra-DPW Deathmatch!

Anyway, I want to be Howard Dean. I'll show you a warcry, baby.

Like....yea-uh! That's all I've ever heard about Thunderdome as well. I've also looked at numerous burningman galleries on the web and have seen lots of pics of folks swinging around with sticks in their hands. For some strange reason, I didn't think that people were using their sticks to massage each other or to have a love fest.

So, if I got the wrong impression, I came by it honestly.
...but it seemed like such a good idea at the time...

The former California Fish and Game '90 Dodge half ton with the small block 318 is not an improvement... it's parked.

Ring, you'd do very well in the dome considering that you seem to come from good rebel/viking stock. the dome authorities control you with wire harnesses...so don't worry...and women can beat up on you so watch out
