I recently ripped apart my front loading washer. Among the other things I saved was the motor. And the multi V belt. And pulley wheel that goes with it. I have the wiring dgm that show which leads are what, because it is controlled by a small DC stepper motor thats attached to it. I would make a solar car or something with it but I don't have the electrical chops to make a controller for it. Drop me line. Would love to send it to a good home.

MORE INFO!
Hi
I have some specific info now on this motor.
It is a SOLE 110VAC motor (hungarian made!) made to run on an American washing machine. Its product number is 20585.000. It will tach out AT 16000 RPM. I have a pin dgm on paper which would indicate which leads go to the tacho generator motor and which leads feed the drive motor itself. Sadly, that is all I can tell you b/c I do not do electrical work at this level. But I bet someone out there does- that's why I love burners!

Hey there! Is this motor still available? I just picked up an old "pony cart" at auction locally and have an idea in mind to add an electric solar charged motor to move it. Not sure if this AC motor will work or not, but i have less than 100 days till the man burns and need to start working on it. Thanks! :D
