Osama Bin Laden killed by CIA!
Yes, it's true. Details still coming in. President to speak live in minutes. They have his body.
Did I say....YEAH!
Did I say....YEAH!

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

My stomach flutters.
I feel horrible. It is yucky to celebrate a death. And is the world safer? Or has Al-Qaida become that diffused, hydra-headed monster that will only grow two more heads?
And the earth has shifted on its axis, and the world is new again, and I fucking don't know how to assimilate this and I am glad he's gone, but I hope he does not become an inspirational martyr.

Justice delayed is still a trillion times better than justice denied.
I respectfully remind all who view this thread that not everyone killed on 9/11 died on that day. I lost a friend who was injured but died a week later...he was not on the list of names read out loud on the anniversary. But he is a victim just the same. He was a father, a husband, and my best friend. And a damn good man....
Today...has been a long time coming. And I don't give a damn what anyone else will think or say but I am celebrating Osama's death, I am celebrating the fact that there is JUSTICE at last, and that the sorry son of a bitch finally got what he fucking deserved.

When I heard the news, I was happy that OBL finally got what he deserved.
Then I cried for the the people we lost, their families and all of the brave men and women of the NYFD and the NYPD who put their lives at risk to save as many people as they could, while giving up their own lives. And not to forget all the unsung heros on flight 93, and the man who had a chance to talk to his wife for the last time. "Let's Roll!", trying to overtake the hijackers. and to all the other heroes during that tragic day, I stand in admiration and praise.
Justice has been served.

Sometimes I'm confused by what I think is really obvious. But what I think is really obvious obviously isn't obvious.
