Well, I have it on good authority now that on May 21, the unbelievers will be "thrown upon the ground and shamed."

This will happen at 6 PM local time everywhere.

So, I am planning to get next to somebody I'd like to 'shame' myself with, outdoors, in broad daylight.

A most excellent plan indeed!

Doesn't that whole local time thing give an unfair advantage to those on the west coast? Seems to me there'd be an awful lot of conversion and fervent repenting happening once the ball started to roll in the east.

Great news for me tho, as it gives me my second valid reason for not moving to Newfoundland quite yet. (first is that it's Even Farther from home!)

I have always been attracted to Nfld. Apparently there is no friendlier collection of people on earth... and the scenery is just breathtaking.

Still. It'll have to wait. (probably best I were independantly wealthy too given their economic climate. Which I soooooo am not!!)
