I can't believe a perfectly good thread was quarantined because of some fucktarded asshat.

Now, it takes a lot to piss me off, but I'd like to draw, quarter and keel haul the dipfuck who was the cause of the thread's demise.

Yes, the thread is in quarantine. It has not been deleted and can be restored when we get a handle on the current activity, and get it cleaned up. Most of this happened over the weekend and has been invisible to the board.

Since Tom was the OP, he was notified that his thread had to be isolated for a bit.

Yes, there is a section for mods and admins only.

Some threads need to be quarantined when they turn into train wrecks until we figure out what to do. As many of you know there are personalities that simply post inflammatory comments just to start pissing matches.

This ultimately gets their IP's and accounts banned, but the internet is pretty dynamic and its easy to start a new account. With that in mind sometimes threads have to disappear with little notice while we dig all the shit off of it - close more accounts and then have the tech side ban those IP's as well.
