Just curious as to if anyone has seen any celebs at BM in the past?
I was told that Perry Ferrell of Jane's Addiction attended one year.

WHO CARES!

Celebrities are people like EVERYONE else. They eat, sleep and piss, they work for there money ( most of the time ).

You dont see people on the Eplaya asking if they ever saw Tears at Burning Man.

As much as I could probably agree with some of the replys regarding celebrities, I'm amazed at the closed-minded and snotty attitude that some of you are bringing to Burning Man.

The amount of condescension and philosphical snobbery on this board is unbelievable.

Don't let the "snotty" attitude put you in a twist there Oliver. I suppose what you are getting is that people who are comfortable with themselves do not tent to put a "CELEBRITY" above themselves. They are people like the rest of us and do not want to be treated any differently should they decide to attend such an event. I have worked in the music Industry for 20 years and met hundreds of "STARS" and believe me they HATE it when they are made out to be some kind of GOD.... makes them feel like they are not human. The Closed Minded people you speak of are much more aware of this that you understand. They actually do have thier heads on right... Maybe you should look in the mirror and see if you are the one who is not seeing it right.... We don't care about such menial things as "STARS" only the ones in the sky at night......

I'm a celebrity, I'll be there, so is my boyfriend and he'll be there too. We can't say how it's gone in the past as this is our first year. We'll let you know how it goes for us this year though, OT. We'll be signing autographs at 8:30 daily. You may or may not recognize us.

The second I saw "Chowder" it rang a bell with me and I went searching through the board for any other chowder references (Good search engine, btw. Found it right off the bat.).

Yeah, I'm kinda fond of chickenfish and would be very upset to find him/her in any kind of soup. Not that I would eat it. I'm not a fish eater. Like to watch 'em swim more than sit on a plate.

Guess that makes me not a very good seal-lady.

watch your mug past?! Your face? Your mug of coffee? The number of syllables isn't even the same. I think the lyric master was having trouble deciphering that one.
