The tornado damage is unreal. It looks worse that a war zone. So sad !

A definite possibility, but you cannot connect any one event, only the statistical pattern.

jk, our weather is driven by the sun. There is no doubt that plasma flows are increasing. Our magnetosphere has holes,, the plasma is getting through;

Look at this vid. Tons of transformers exploding in an area that appears to be blacked out. Transformers don't explode unless they're powered up. Telluric currents and plasma flows are not well understood.

We're getting anomalous weather everywhere;

The sun is fairly quiet now as far as sunspots go. The worst solar storm of our history occurred during a quiet time for the sun.

Before the latest tornadoes, we already had about $ 5 trillion in weather caused damage. It is going to get far worse because of the sun. I will get more links when I have a moment.

That sucks! Had a mild crush on a cashier at that Flying J. I suppose if the Petro had been hit, the pics would be littered with chrome truck parts.

MyLarry said the CBs were lit up with chatter when it happened. Fortunately he was headed west and past the hot zone. They're flying back next week for more truck recovery.

Joplin Missouri Tornado

Post by Solito » Fri May 27, 2011 5:57 am

...as a resident of Missouri who has friends in Joplin, my heart goes out to that town.

I also live in the neighborhood that was hit just a month and a half ago near the Saint Louis Lambert Airport - and that was amazing enough. I saw a 1/4 of a house up inside of an oak tree, and hundreds of buildings damaged. None of that, however, caused a death or a scene anything like Joplin.

Take a look for yourselves. The first video is DURING AND UNDER the tornado, shot among a group of people in a gas station that was directly in the path of the massive touched-down tornado. It was night, and the electricity was long gone, so audio is a must. The second video is visiting the site the day after with commentary on where they were hiding out. You can barely tell it was even a gas station, let alone a town, and those people are so lucky to have survived.

During the tornado:

After the tornado:

And some general release PR shots:

$3B

...just heard on the radio that the governor says he expects the damage to total over $3 Billion once the estimates get in... for a town the size of BRC.
