I have some options. I have nozzles from a commercial
kitchen hood fire suppression system that have a
multi-ported 'swirlie' exhaust pattern.
There's something irresistible about using an
extinguisher nozzle as a portal to the gates of hell...
There's two diagrams of poopers here:
One is a solenoid system and the other is manual.
http://www.spontaneousfire.com/TOD_firecannons.htm
Thinking of adding a pressurized gasoline / diesel injector.
Maybe stage the solenoid to fire 100msec before
the propane release or maybe just as a metered
fill system to eliminate having to use a stepladder and funnel.
I'll experiment with metal powders as well.
Got titanium, magnesium, magnalium 50/50,
and 5 micron pyro aluminum.
Won't be using KClO4 w/ the aluminum, heh.
When's mah Sweetpea gonna git er ass outta bed?
Daddy want fire, want fire now!

If so, familiarize yourself with the fire protocol.
IIRC, NO liquid fuels are allowed, atomized or not, without strict licensing and supervision.
any pressurized components on the propane stuff needs to be sch. 80 and pressure rated.
stuff like that.

Bringing it to the desert?
Hell yes!
Liquid fuel injection in the desert?
Hell no!
This'll be my first burn so I'll be checking out
what's goin' down, talk with the FST,
and pop my little fire crapper responsibly
Most of the parts on it are forged 3000# fittings.
There's a couple sch 80 nipples but for the most
part she's built like a brick shitter.
More stuff!
I have half a dozen sanding belts, 4" x 36".
They fit my craftsman benchtop belt / disc sander
but will fit many other brands.
I have a case of twelve and can't use them all.
Another pre-dumpster OCD score.
I think they're 80 grit but I'll double check if there's interest.

Night firing.
Sweetpea knocked me aside, took over the foot switch,
and didn't let me back at it until the pressure was down to 3PSI!
She loves it! She was disabled in a wreck
13 yrs ago and sometimes requires 16-20 hrs of bedrest a day.
It was WONDERFUL to see her not only up and
around but smiling, laughing, and
genuinely happily mesmerized with the firetoy.
It was absolutely uplifting.
Fire. Bringing people closer since the dawn of mankind.
Ff
She says "Back up and get a little closer..."
Then she fires it and snaps this pic at the same time.
Good girl!
Flattened fox head?
Holes or balls, I do 'em all...

I Like to play with the oxy-acetylene, Magnesium and phosphorus from a Road flare Melted into Wax at a 3:2 by volume ratio is fun. or the same mix but add Sugar and Cu filings. all at a 1:1:1 the later mix gives a real cool green and really smokie bright white flashes . very dragnonish.

Fun with oxidants!!
I need the air cleaner housing for a 5hp briggs and stratton with the primer bulb on the side of it.
I have an oddly done mower that has been obsoleted by discontinued parts.
I still can't figure out where they had the damn primer bulb mounted or how.
If anyone has advice on how to fake it, please let me know.
It's a long shot, but I also need the grass catcher chute for an mtd made yard-man mower.
This is an attachment that connects the side of the mower to the grass bag.
Naturally I'm missing it, and they think it's gold plated or something.
I would even be happy to find the deflector attachment.
What a nutty design, with loose parts.
Do they have salvage yards for mowers anywhere?
