So a birgin bumps a two year old thread and we're off and running again.

I read thru it and it did not seem like anyone gave Pandasex any straight answer. So here is what little I know: "Billion Bunny March" is a pun on the "Million Man March" that somebody held a few years ago. (What that was about I'm not sure -- try googling it.)

Precisely. The Billion Bunny March is -- as I understand it -- completely off the wall frivolity, loosely based on the Million Man March. Bunny Power! A carrot in every warren! Equal rights for carrot-eaters! And so forth. I'm sure there is more, but I have not picked up on it yet. A completely Silly way to spend an hour, and that's the sort of thing Burning Man is all about -- complete vacation from the normal world. Bring rabbit ears and a "Bunny Power" sign.

The only WhatWhereWhen book I seem to have is from 2006. Then, they had the March on Thursday at 6 PM.

"The Billion Bunny March is one of the more popular events at Burning Man - probably because all it involves is the least bit of costumery and a willingness to wander around and yell out in the wide open. You start with your bunny ears and then stand in line to get made-up, but you can only be made-up if you recite the bunny oath and jump in the air like a bunny. I guess if you can't jump, you'll have to rely on other burners to throw you in the air." I believe it started in 2015 or before that
