:D Hello my friends, my name is sea_sea and words can't describe the happiness in my heart right now. <3 This will be my first time on the playa, but trust me, my heart and soul have been there every time the man burns.

Been learning tons on the eplaya, so thank you to all who post here.

I heard of burning man back in the mid 90's and have been dreaming about making it to BRC ever since. So I'm happy to report that this baby is finally comin' home!! :D

trust me i have gone through the first timers guide but i find the eplaya for obvious reasons, far more interesting and have really found tons of answers to my questions before i even had to ask.
interesting enough you all have had much to do with that. so thank you again! lol

illy, the plan is to camp with a few good friends who are traveling from out of the country to be here and with a few newer friends at destiny lounge this year.

not sure why not any other year and finally this one. it just played out like that. but i guess reality is i finally took control of my life. or something. finally the wind blew in the right direction for me. :) ((sigh))

and trust me i'm reading! :)

Crazy ass people in the "2011 Ticket" threads.

Total strangers love to ask for the equivalent of a $300 freebie, and then cry, hot angry tears when their solicitation is met with the same enthusiasm as a person asking for the same amount of money on a downtown street corner. It's an enjoyable glimpse into . . . well, so many things.

Crazy how that works out "planets align" and stuff. We'd been wanting to go for years, then a friend emailed me and mentioned something along the lines of "so while I was at the burn..." that quickly turned into "ya wanna go?" and I replied with "godda have a 1st year eventually". Welcome, Sea-Sea! Funny how you can hope and wish and then eventually the planets align...my planets won't align until next year, but I share your joy already! And you're right...sometimes it's just about taking control!

it worked! :) hahaha thanks savannah. couldn't figure out how that worked.

i guess some people will give it a try, but never thought they really existed! lol. my thing was as soon as i made up my mind about going i started saving a bit from each paycheck and bam! not much really if you think about it. :)

my best friends are coming from mexico. :) it was just last december on a trip of mine down there that out of no where i brought up the subject and showed them some you tube videos and pictures and instantly got hooked! it makes me incredibly happy to share this with my best friend. talk about planets aligning! :D

it's always the people that you least expect that get crazy about going. yay.
