This might sound like a dumb solution, but start trying to use your other hand for cutting. It will feel terribly awkward at first, but one huge advantage of doing this is its effect on the brain. Developing those new neural pathways is one of the best exercises you can do for your brain, and it helps to fend off ahlzheimers too!

LOL, J/K, just what Larry said. I have tired and the results have been .. .less than acceptable and somewhat painful. Good thing I don't have enough grip strength to cut through flesh.

Um, dunno, although size would be no more than an inch or two. One of those almost anything will do and I'll know 'em when I see 'em. My art is dysfunctional that way, no plan.

I have a box of cherubs. They are about an inch in size, plastic, 3 dimensional (not flat) and glow in the dark. If you think you can use them, pm me and I will send them to you.

It's not my work. I spend my year keeping a weather eye out for odd art that I donate to AntiM's Home for Wayward art. I find it at thift stores, at garage sales and on the street. I will admit I have an eye, but if you want to see my actual work, your best bet is in "Work in Progress" Thread, over in General Discussion.

Wonderful stuff, and inspiration enough to get me working on projects scattered on the table. 100 yard moop trophy upgrade, painted porcelain pendants, luggage tags, upgrade a painting or two. My tubs of acrylics are getting very thick, time for impasto.

(hey, I'm hungry now)

I should figure out how to get the adoption cards printed, I don't know if I can hand make that many with the temdonitis. And I have no album for the huge stack of cards from last year, and I even found some more from 2009!

These are candle holders (votive type). In the second photo, one is upside down, but I think it's really cool, because you can see that they were cut from the same piece of stone and were right next to each other. I hope they don't get separated.

This is one of those wacky plastic animals, with flocked skin and a fur (rabbit? cat?) tail. I can't decide if it's wonderful or kitsch or disgusting or what. Has a "Made in Japan" label. I bet some people here remember when "Made in Japan" meant cheap junk. Now I look at that same cheap junk and think how much better it is than the stuff made in China now.
