Google to see if there's a Daiso (a Japanese dollar store) near you. Not sure how extensive the "Coast Range, Oregon" is in terms of region, but there is apparently one in Portland.

I didn't think of Daiso, thanks Savannah!
I did, however, search for 'hello kitty store' and came up with 3-5 Sanrio stores. That's like buying cocaine direct from the clandestine lab it was made in. Waiting til Monday (evil masses swamp the Washington Sq mall like flies on third world kids) so I can hit up the Kitteh and then hit the electronics partshouse across 217.

Still gonna hit Daiso if practical. I love those sheets with dozens of those cool puffy stickers. Always have. I'd trade lunch components to the girls in grade school for em...

Ooh, then there's Uwajamiya Japanese supermarket. Need a box full of those yummy assorted treats form the land of the rising debt crisis (doh!).

Oooh, puffy stickers. God, I used to LOVE those.

My daughter loves Uwajamiya, Ff. :) When I was up there she made me take her there all the time. It's sure a neat store. :)

Well, if you've got Sanrio stores I suppose that's like mainlining it, yeah. :D

There's something about their Chococat character I am drawn to. I think it's that he wears this expression . . .

Minxy, I love Uwajimaya! I didn't know there was more than one. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, at least on the West Coast. I'm going to stop there for some Choya plum wine and drink it ice cold on the playa.

Ya, it's a neat store! I love Chococat, too! Haha. I've never had that Choya plum wine but it sounds yummy. :) I love finding foods that I'm unfamiliar with there and trying new stuff.
