Just because I'm promiscuous, doesn't mean I suck... I live in the San Francisco Bay area. Cute, in a tranny sort of way. I am a fun person. I am bit erratic, but relatively sane.

I look forward to seeing everybody this year. I've never been. I am building a teardrop camper for the occassion. So if you see a vw bus with a porta-potty paint scheme, and a teardrop camper to match, come say, "Howdy!"

Oh, strictly color-wise! I imagined something more potty-themed. This is better. My imagination is beyond control. :D

I would be very proud to own such a setup.

I was looking into getting a teardrop camper to share adventures with my sweeite - However, I think my honey might be claustrophobic.

"Why double hinged?"

No particular reason. Experimentation. Make something more complicated than need be. : )

it's known as 'tilt and turn' tilt (ie. from the top) for a cooling breeze or turn so as to be able to pass drinks through (or in larger windows also as a fire escape. An overly complicated hinge system meant it broke a lot so fell out of favour before the turn of the century strangely now sash windows are regaining favour in the 'it' crowd.

double glazing has been my trade for some time i dont seek this knowledge i just absorb it like osmosis (or something i dont know what that word means it just sounds good)

anyway its a fine window perfect for passing gin and tonic or perhaps a mint julep (whatever they are)

I love casement windows.
Hard to do here, due to mosquitoes.
Don't know how europe avoids them.

No wind here though.
Someone had to remind me that it is an issue with this type window.
I know it's hard to do them well.

The joints might concern me on a pure playa trailer.
Dust gets everywhere.

You may find no need to open windows out there, if you have shade.

Nice looking work.

circles in double glazing mostly talk about how we wish we had discovered melinda messenger and how does hollywood cut circles in glass then just pull them out?

also we sometimes feel we missed the nerd boat and so failed ever to be even a little cool except when this song was popular

btw--that's a perfectly normal use of osmosis in lay circles. In biology, I think the definition is a bit more rigorous.

Just remember not to use it like you'd use osmosis.

Mostly special effects, though it's possible.

I've cut 90 degree inside corners for a tiffany restoration, and worse.
Came was over an inch thick in places.

its not the cutting thats difficult - i do it all the time its getting a complete circle out of an unbroken pane . neither I nor anyone i have worked with can do it. all the fancy cutting and stuff is great fun in the winter when its quiet i experiment in what can be done but grrrr circles in glass pee me off

Glass likes to break in lines, but Hollywood feels it doesn't have to accurately reflect reality.

Nothing new there.
