Great for hangovers! And, damned good if its made right. If you buy the Rosarita brand add salt, and maybe hot sauce. If you make it yourself, use a pressure cooker, and do it outdoors. Boiling Tripe smells like hell on earth.
My grandpa used to make it, and I Loved it! Till I learned what tripe was.....then I figured, Its just a different cut of beef.
