"California" flag?

I am going to have a flagpole at my camp, but I have been looking for a very specific flag to fly that I saw some time back (don't remember when/where). It looks like a regulation California state flag, except instead of the regular bear, it has a laughing Grateful Dead bear. I have done several searches and perused a lot of the Dead merchandise websites (and e-barf), but no one seems to have it. Does anyone know where I can find such a beast?
