Bike Seat Cover
Does anyone know how to make a bike seat cover? I've found several on-line, YouTube, etc...I don't sew so they seem a little complicated.
Maybe someone knows a simple method?

Better yet, one of those cushy bike seats that looks like a mini captains chair with a back rest and arm rests... *that* would be sweet. And you could just put a towel down for bike rides and not even worry about skid marks!

- thread pretty ribbon through holes
- put on seat
- pull string tight and tie a pretty bow
- tada! removable bike seat cover
--steal an elastic cord & cord stop off the front of your kid's backpack
--thread that through the holes, edges of which you have reinforced with fray-block or glue
--put on seat over layer of foam
--pull the cord, slide the stop, trim the excess
--tada!!!

This should have been posted in the shaved balls thread.Fufa wrote:A tight elastic might make for a more secure cover as well.

@MDF...And I'll go the manly route also as advocated by MDF, but perhaps zipties!
