Maps, placement and such

I've now seen the maps of the city at http://www.burningman.com/preparation/maps/04_maps/, and I've gotten camp locations from http://www.burningman.com/themecamps_in ... p_List.htm

So the questions are: How many feet are there from 7:00 to 7:30 on Esplanade? A map I saw on Asylum Village's site indicates about 320. Is this right?

Where is Orion's Belt, is it the ring around center camp?

More like 520 ft. The Esplanade is about 2100 ft from the Man, and each block swings an arc of 15 degrees, minus the street width of about 30 ft.

Thanks for the clarification. Now that I look more closely at the Asylum Village map I see that it is 520'
