lost the little paper transfers I get from the Amtrak condicter every fucking morning for the local rail... and last night on the way home fucking local rail cop rousts me for them.. Didn't maatter I had the valid Amtrak ticket, that I was at the fucking Amtrak station, and Amtrak issues these free transfers for the asking... the guy was being a prick.

Thinking of taking it to court, fighting it (with the valid transfer) but got the feeling it will not go fucking well, as it's as rigged as a parking ticket. The fine for this is, as I heard, north of $250. Like I can fucking afford it. Plus, it's the principal - Riding Amtrak, you get the free transfers, I have the monthly... ah, what the fuck.

Wish me fucking luck.

I totally missed the MAY part!
I heard back last night and she is ok. I was really scared and was thinking machetes and pool chemicals were involved. The email was just not like her but she has never been in a situation like this and usually is wound tighter. Unlike me.
Sometimes I wish my skin was thicker.

Fuck. I haven't been in to work since Sunday. I just haven't been able to make myself go in. I couldn't make myself even shower until Tuesday afternoon, then made myself leave the apartment for eating at Culver's, which I really can't afford. I made myself see a psychologist on Tuesday-- actually a psychology student, with only a few minutes with the actual psychologist. I got a note for work. But this morning I still couldn't get myself out of the door.

I'm not able to make ends meet as it is, and expenses just keep going up, etc.

All I want to do is sleep.

Thanks. I'm being to think it might be in part a side effect of some of the new medication that they put me on for blood pressure, and maybe I have built up a tolerance for the (generic form of) Prozac. Verapamil isn't supposed to affect mood, but I think its been making me feel nauseous and run down, which has put me over the top for depression. (Plus I am not certain it is doing anything for my blood pressure or headaches.) If I am still feeling bad tomorrow, I think I will go back to the doctor yet again.

I did manage to make myself work on one of my bicycles, which makes me feel a bit better (even if working on it was pretty frustrating-- I don't really have all of the right equipment for starters.)

Fuck. I think it might be mostly the medication's fault. I'd been feeling more depressed than normal, and, looking at the possible side effects, one of them is fatigue. I HAVE been feeling tired and I think that has been making my depression worse. I'd better get a hold of my doctor tomorrow.
