Tour de France is quite bloody this time

Can you imagine, that after being hit by car when he was going 60 KM/hour and with this injury by iron fence he finished
the part of the Tour? 30 more km!!! That is big WTF!!!

The barbwire fence is prolly what saved him from worse injury... true, he was pretty sliced up and will carry those scars from now on, but it absorbed a lot of the force of impact... unlike the guy who landed face first. I understand he was medevac'd.

I heard he was banned, but IMO the idiot in the car should have been charged with Criminal Negligence... he could have slowed down or sped up or about anything OTHER than swerving to miss the imaginary tree and plowing those guys. (He would have missed the tree had he kept on his original line.)

Worse, it was the breakaway group... THAT hurts.

(now, had they trained on 447, they would be used to having people run them off the road...)

It is terrible it was already the second accident...news motorbike hit one cyclist before.

I just dont understand that they leave them only with apology. Can you imagine what would happen if
some normal people hit the cyclist? They would go to jail!!! - another wtf

WTF! I have nothing to complain about...OH!! WAIT!! It's constuction season here in Spokaloo! It's hard to get to a few places. So the usual knuckleheads are out in force, trying to make their own short cuts. Lot's of auto, truck, pedestrian, near misses.
