Secret files in the archives of Apokiliptika Headquarters have revealed that the natives attempt to construct just such a Mitt each year....in recent years however they have only completed the framework that goes underneath...running out of money, workers, and PBR before the glorious outer Mitt-work can be erected. Indeed, a few years ago one misguided worker, besotted with grief and stale PBR, upon realizing the shear futility of trying to accomplish such a magnificent task, set fire to the burgeoning framework in a zany attempt to draw attention to the plight of Mitts everywhere - but alas, his efforts were misunderstood, and did nothing to motivate the workers in later years, for to this day the glorious Uber-Mitt has yet to stand in it's rightful place at the center of Black Rock City...

If only there was enough PBR for 2011, the Uber-Mitt could be completed. Think of the children.....

That's true. I just wanted to put that 'we don't know exactly where we are until we land in the dust' out there. Terminal City has been officially placed at A and 3:30 is all we know right now.
