Herro from chicago
Hello everyone! my name is steve, and this will be my first burn. I heard about burning man about a year ago, went to the website and immediately decided this is something i need to be a part of at least once. im meeting up with a friend from STL, who is also a first timer, and then we are making the journey to the playa! I can't wait to see you all there.

Re: Herro from chicago
Hey there, welcome to eplaya!
Have questions? Read this first: http://www.burningman.com/first_timers/
Everybody on eplaya is always excited to help first timers; but in sympathy for some of us old timers, please get your required reading out of the way before posting. As hard as it is to rein in the the excitement and enthusiasm, and as unbelievable as it might seem, most of your questions have already been asked and answered, if you just take a moment to read.
Now, let the adventure begin!

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

Hi Lexicon!
I'm excited for you guys. Two Burn virgins walking around together . . . it's great to be able to say to a friend "Can you believe that?" and have them be on the same page.

I assume you meant "hero" but "herro" isn't standard english and they are running with it.
