I'm coming via SF and looking for space in an rv (and bike?) in exchange for experienced "playa wife" services. Prefer seniors; prefer Hushville; will consider all offers! I am very quiet, neat and clean and have the wildest costumes on the playa. Like to dance all night and sleep late. Please reply; thanx.

Elorrum, yr mind's in the gutter! I learned that phrase on the playa and it does NOT connote conjugal relations. Simply, it's a mutually beneficial relationship, which lasts for the burn only. You no like?

no, I've heard the term before, and it was used by professionals on vacation, or a business trip. or for conjugal mutual benefits. We use caged squirrels to run our LED light strings. Have to smuggle the little bastards in.

Good on ya then, still unusual to find the full solar RVs. I'm a long time Husher (ten years), although this year with the no placement, then being offered the much smaller footage, I will be camping with the Booby Bar. You may have seen my project, the Home for Wayward Art? Anyway, Hushville will be packed tight this year, so if you do find a place, it will be like happy sardines in a tin. They're already talking remote parking for the vehicles.

Personally, I think domestic servitude is rarely better than prostitution. It is certainly just as greedily commercial. And if that is your definition of "wife" then we are not going to be friends.

edited to add: As a wife of 31 years I am really insulted that you would use the word "wife" as a synonym for domestic drudgery. What fucking century are YOU living in????
