when do early entry passes for art construction crews go out

anybody know when we should be expecting early entry passes for my art construction crew?

this is the first time i'm bringing art to the deep playa and first time for early entry. Figured i'd ask here rather than bug the Artery folks w/ more emails.

I am associated with several crews and none to my knowledge have received their EAP yet. The Fire Art Safety Team members have received theirs and we got confirmation that our theme camp passes are due out in a few days from now. It seems as thought they LLC is sending them out in some order.

Last year they were sent out near the end of July. So, maybe this year it will happen at the same time.

figure a week or 2 before the date your pass allows you to go into the city.
