Hi. Longtime Lurker.
I write a wine blog, Hipster Enology, so... I have um, some experience with the subject.
- Nalgenes & standard size stainless water bottles are capable of holding all 750ml of a bottle of wine. For those who like to go big when you go home, Sigg has a magnum size.

- If you need to rapidly chill a bottle of wine, spin it in ice water.
- Boxed wine is just a bag on the inside. It is extremely durable. Take it out of the box and hit the city, or the shower, or wherever.
I myself take a case then transfer my bottle of the evening to a stainless steel water bottle to go. Hearty reds hold up pretty well during the day as they can handle the heat, whereas whites and light reds need to remain a bit cooler to be palatable. So, drink'em faster.

We also keep bubblies in camp then dispense into plastic stemless wear (GoVino) or open maws. My favorite playa beverage is lambrusco. Man oh man.
