Sangria! Two bottles of merlot, a lemon, a lime, a can of pineapple plus its juice, some powdered lemonade, and raw sugar. Kind of ghetto, but delicious.

But, but, but . . . I remember having to do maintenance on cooling towers and putting nasty chemicals in the water. We didn't use goats - the hair would clog the drains and pumps.
