Early Arrival Passes - When?

Have other camps started getting these yet? Does anyone know when they are usually sent out?

The deadline for various groups to get their requests in was, I think, the end of last week.

Add some processing time and we should be seeing e-mails arrive by the end of the week, perhaps.

Our placement team told us definitely maybe this week. But only if the skies are not cloudy all day.

This is a registered theme camp related question, and not one about tickets to the event. I'll move it on over to the right board. But get in touch with your camp's contact, and ask him/her to forward the information that the placement team sent out on that very subject.

Just got word from Placement that EAP's will probably go out NEXT WEEK since they have not started sending them to anyone yet.

I was wondering the same thing.
This is our first year as a theme camp, please excuse my follow ignorance.

Do the passes typically get emailed out as a .pdf or do they get mailed out?
Our "main" contact has recently moved. His mailing address is no longer the same. It could be difficult to get the passes if they are sent to his old address..... As the house is going to be 95% torn down very soon. That 95% might include the mailbox.

I was a little shocked to see Jack skating that close to that edge, too, but I did not for one second think he was a bit serious.
