My vacation started about 2PM today! THREE WEEKS!! Then I go out to the garage and feel overwhelmed. I stand and stare at the pile. Mentally, I've packed the truck numerous times considering where everything CAN go and deciding where everything SHOULD go. Weight and priorities are where the debate mostly goes. At least I know where the hundreds of feet of top rail will go.

TPBM understands the difference between discount store tarp and specialty store tarp.

can't say that I do.....but I got heavy duty silver 10 mil thick from the big box lumber store. I hope that works. They feel pretty dang heavy compared to the flimsy blue on from discount store we use sometimes around the house.

TPBM can't stay away from ePlaya these days.

Yes, and it's a dangerous addition when I have so much shit left to do.

TPBM is afraid to finish a project for fear the reality will not match the dream.

TRUE! I'm sitting down with some paintbrushes and an idea right now, and just know it won't come out the way I see it in my head. But I'ma do it anyway.

TPBM has a huge to-do list for this weekend, and knows they won't all get done.

Nope, heading out on Sunday 28. Ack MDF, so true about not wanting to start, finish, work, on something because it's a mystery if it will turn out the way I'm imagining it. I can hack it, tape it, nail it, something will be finished, and then just paint the hell out of it so it looks like it was planned that way.

tpbm is very happy with the way one of their own inventions, or projects, has worked out.

ha ha ha ha hee heee heee , er, um. "last" and "finish" those words just get me this time of year. I sort of hinge it on "time! pencils down!"

Not really. I borrowed a 20 ft hauling trailer from a friend. Wow, I'd forgotten how huge this beast is. I brought it on 07 so I know I can do it, but DAMn. I'm currently carrying parts of 2 art projects, somebody else's shade structure, and 2 peoples' personal gear, plus my own stuff.

TPBM's boss should really have insisted that next week be taken as vacation also, 'cause they ain't gonna get a damned thing done.

That is precisely why I take the next THREE weeks off. The "boss" has very little to do with it.

TPBM is thinking, "I need a bigger vehicle."

Just a tiny bit bigger so my bike would actually fit. *sigh* Hopefully it will fit on my friends trailer.

I'm going to try. I work tonight (we're throwing a Muppets Party at my bar tonight... I'm stupid excited!), so I'll eat well tonight, but the next few days are crazy.

TPBM remembers the Muppets fondly.

Oh yeah.
For some reason Beaker is the one I relate to. (My husband was the Swedish Chef.) Relating to Beaker makes me worry about my psychological health.

TPBM is also worried about what his/her childhood muppet identification reveals about his/her personality.

I'm hoping to bottle it and use it as hippie repellent.

Call me stupid, "stupid" I'm not sure,,,, is the term unicorn used in reference to male sparkle ponies? If so, I actually enjoy them and their counterparts. Just so they aren't camping with me, I find them quite entertaining!
