$20 For In-and-Outs before gates open?

Before the gates open at midnight Sunday, several of us need to make a run from the playa back to Empire to get another load of stuff from our storage unit there. Yes, we all have early arrival passes.

Anyone know if the gate folks will charge us $20 each for in-and-out passes?

i dont know the policy this year and dont speak for gate


but i think once they start enforcing gate and confirming all early arrivals all people in the car need a special wrist band to get in and out without paying the charge...maybe only staff and special art projects get these?

Unless it's changed recently, prior to the event opening ins and outs don't incur a charge. DO ask at the gate on your way in, and MAKE SURE you stop at the gate on your way out to get the necessary hand stamp or wristband or whatever they deem necessary.

$20 for In and Out sounds awfully cheap... I don't know, even the real scabs of Reno were charging at least $35 for a handjob, so you may want to rethink what you're getting in and out of --- er... nevermind, wrong thread
