Those with capes or sarongs around their shoulders have also been dubbed "Cape Cockers"! I have one dear friend who wears this name proudly...he also frequently ends up looking like those apes with red arses as he fails to property sunscreen his behind. Delightfully hilarious.
wait, wait........isn't that the name of a cocktail?.......

no, haha, someone stop me.............

But thier whole point of swinging free is for the cooling effect.

Wouldnt't they be Super-Cool-Cockers?
or is this just going to go thier heads?
that keep the capes off their tinny heads.

And BTW AntiM; Some time last year you mentioned the Female equivalent to Shirt cocking as being Beaver Blousing. Thanks! I've shared that word with a Friend and thier lounge now has a pro Beaver Blousing policy.

Happy to be of service.

As for capes, I meant on the shoulders, NOT on the little men themselves.

I wonder if it would change anything if shirt@#$%ers wore aprons. Shirts and vintage 50's cocktail aprons, you know. Nothing too gauzy, mind you. Or pinafore-style aprons, so they could have the sunlight on their arms and shoulders. I think this would be a step in the right direction.

Yeah, the apron cannon would out-cool the pants cannon...

And yes, frilly would be wonderful.

I wonder if we could start an apron movement...

Sometimes I'm confused by what I think is really obvious. But what I think is really obvious obviously isn't obvious.
