"Dear citizens of Black Rock City, Due to the large turn-out for this years burn, certain changes had to be made to accommodate the influx of many new people into our community. Please be advised of the Following:

3. No Glow-Sticks...yeah, thats right, sorry you brought 4000 of them as gifts, i guess you can use them at home next time the power goes out.

4. No fake fur...if your gonna do it, use the real stuff.

5. ALL HIPPIES MUST shower first at the gate, we dont want to smell your three week funk, one week is bad enough.

6. UTILI-KILTS must be grandfathered in, NO NEW UTILI-KILTS. please bring photographs or other documentation for your utili-kilt permit.

7. YOU MAY ONLY PLAY REGGAE (especially "catch a fire") on thursday afternoon between 3 and 3:45 pm.

8. NO NUDITY...unless it is in the privacy of your tent, and you are alone.

9. ANYONE CAUGHT USING THE N-WORD (namaste) WILL BE FINED FOR HATE SPEECH

10. NO BASEBALL CAPS or CARGO SHORTS...we are adopting a zero-tolerance policy, it is for the best.
