Everything is for profit to the media..

Nothing sad about that. After all the wallowing we did in 2001, I think we caused ourselves PTSD... There must be a way of honoring what must be honored without remaking ourselves into a victim culture.

Teachers have begun to hit the generation that does not remember 9/11. The news report I heard today said that it was causing them (the kids) to be more aware of the difference in culture & religion among people. I think that is a good thing.

It takes a village to raise a child, and teach that child to hate everyone from the next village over.

I agree with how wrong it is for the media to make $$$ and exploit the people who were lost and the living survivors. I pray for them every year, quietly and to myself.

I was sent this video and I cried when I watched it. It's a song that was played for the first time in the USA. The original intro was on Armistice Day, 1938. This recreation was from a film, "This is the Army" in 1943.

Sometimes I'm confused by what I think is really obvious. But what I think is really obvious obviously isn't obvious.

I live in the building at the corner of the WTC site that the south tower fell on where they are opening the new visitors center, and neadless to say I'm getting the fuck out of town tonight and not coming back until Tuesday. Last year I got yelled at for taking my dog for a walk on 9/11, and I just don't want to be around the media celebration and the entire pitty party.

Peace, love, harmony, and move on. <3
