Yay! I finally got my camping stuff, cleaned, packed and put in storage. Plus I cleaned out the inside of my are and gave her a bath! What a good feeling. Now I can concentrate on what's changes I'll be making to my camp site! :D 8)
Sometimes I'm confused by what I think is really obvious. But what I think is really obvious obviously isn't obvious.

Me and my dear friend Mish had a trailer jamboree campout up at the house on Monday & Tuesday. Sweetpea said, "Just have her park her trailer next to yours and you guys can do your trailer park thing." We grilled pork chops, had a fire in a stainless steel firepit I made, shot the shit, and I even had a couple beers! Tuesday morning I was up a few hours before her so I made bacon (LOTS!) and eggs. After waiting a while, I went over and jumped up and down on her trailer tongue :). Fed her bacon & coffee then threw some guns in her truck and went all the way up the mountain and around to the other side. We spent hours shooting the shit and shooting the shit. I've got a 12 inch steel gong made from hardened armor plate that rings like a bell when hit. She'd never tried it before and loved it. There's no doubt whether you hit or miss with that thing. I found out she is one helluva good shot. I brought out a legal exploding target mixture, mixed it up, and made several multi-pound targets with it. She'd never used that stuff before. She's the best tomboyfriend ever!
Man, we had such a wonderful time! We haven't hung out like this in, well, 20 years or so? Sweetpea was so glad we got to spend time with each other because we're like brother & sister to one another. Mish got rid of her boyfriend of 8 1/2 years within the last month, went to the burn when she didn't think she was going to, and is basically reclaiming her life. Both of us has seen some major changes recently and are there to support each other. Sweetpea is so glad that I have someone else that I can talk to on a deep and personal level. It is the purest and deepest friendship I have ever had or known. I am so grateful for it.

So, I'm not sure if this should be in the f&^k thread or here. It started out as a total f*&k. I have been fighting awful abdominal pains for months.
And it was horrid at the Burn. I think it ruined my first time experience as a virgin burner. Every day I was taking mega pain killers
just to go out to enjoy what I could. Oh, but I finally made it back to the house, only to be there about 24 hrs. before I was hauled off to
the ER. Now I'm back after two wks and emergency surgery. My gall bladder and apendix decided to cause mutiny on me. I win, their in the can!!
My truck was still where I left it, untouched and unpacked. (yuck!!!) Yes, coolers, too!! So I called in a few favors, and it was all taken care of,
weeeeee!!!!!
So, I am now again my shy and happy self!! And will be going again in 2012!! I will be lurking as always, but learning loads more
from all you wonderful friends!!!
Happy dance!!!!!
