Body Paint
What's the best/cheapest type of paint to use for body painting? Something that comes in metallic..
Not just a little of it, either. I need enough to cover an entire body once or twice..

Aquacolor from Kryolan is great for this. A couple of notes for the playa- you really need to use a "fix" spray to keep it from sweating off. The catch is that the fixer also interferes with your bodies ability to sweat- not good in extreme heat. Try to plan your outfit so you have areas not covered in the makeup so that you have areas for the heat to escape your body.

Snazaroo works as well...it's a pan type body paint non toxic safe for wherever you might want to put it. Goes on with sponges, and is also water-soluble, which means you can add water and paint it on. It doesn't cake up, moves with skin and allows skin to breathe. Takes a while to go on if you paint it though...just saying.
Example:

We use regular old acrylic paints. They are found at about any craft or box store. Good results for us. Stays on well and comes off with baby wipes.
well that pic didn't work out! yes it takes MANY hours to paint an entire body in detail.

Re: Body Paint
What type of paint do body painters use in spray on paint?
The Miss works with a gal that is a body painter. She uses a combo of air gun and brushes. I'll have her ask what her method is. My thought is that if it sprays on, it should wipe off easy right?

Not exactly,
More like http://www.airbrushtemporarytattoos.com ... -kits.html But did not realize that the "Starter kits" run like 200 bucks.
But this place has lots of options for body paint
