Electronic Registry

I can't seem to find any info by searching here or on the main site. I remember reading something about there being an electronic registry service, where you can go and leave a message for someone. Does anyone have more info on this? Thanks!

I think that's part of Playa Info in Center Camp.
Expect lines.

Has anyone here ever actually used this service? Lines I don't mind, but I have two technologically inept friends showing up on Thursday, and I'm with an unregistered camp this year, and I'd like to make sure they can find us. Is it generally fairly user-friendly?

I found the Playa Info PC's easy to use but you can always go with the old standby, a brightly colored message card stuck on the Playa Info walls like so many other camps did. I found more people with the cards vs the PC.
