Lithuanians were the last northern European group to be christianised, they resisired it for a long time. No Lithuanian king ever died of natural causes.....they all died in battle. Lithuania fought communist tyranny valiantly all the way to the end.....when the Soviets used to bulldoze down this huge mound of crosses near Vilnius, the Lithuanians would build it back during the night. They would show up at protests and all "sing" together. I like their spirit and I'm proud to be of that heritage.
