Tuna a la King, The Dude's favorite Dish, over egg noodles. Might have a splash of Avion in my grapefruit juice later. ; )

Note to self:

Hamburger Helper does NOT help your hamburger do anything but look and taste like dog food.

I'll settle for some bowling pins, a midget and an avocado or two.

Better make that 3 midgets.. the last ones didn't last long. Neither did the avocados. It was ugly. Very ugly.

Ok, u have the bowling pins and avacados... we may be able to negotiate something in the midget area as our new ally has access to shorter lifeforms.
Here you can see a just released photo from our Summit:

That's right.

Panko crusted chicken cutlets with honey/dijon dipping sauce, roasted white and orange cauliflower, asparagus risotto, oven-roasted delicata squash and a salad. One glass of water before, one during.

Image

Although my color perception issues are well known in the household I took a beating for the selection of placemats/table cloth. WTF, at least they both fit the flower motif, for fuck's sake it's a meal not the Miss Iowa pageant of something like that.

I would've threatened to leave but they wouldn've made me take the dog AND pay for the celebratory party.

Note to self: ditch the glass plates.

Chili infused with kosher hotdogs, top'd with melted cheese and diced white onions. I was craving chili hotdogs but can't eat gluten.

Le sigh.

Indeed, the glass plates are strange, but I would've wanted to try everything on that plate. The risotto especially.

(My dinner: cheese tortellini & pesto w/ lots of julienne carrots, baby asparagus, garlic.)

I slow cooked (the entire day) a bottom round, 2 sweet onions, some criminis and these:

(there mis-shapen but you couldn't find any fresher - next year I need to loosen the soil another 6").

Added some noodles, some red cabbage and biscuits:

I should be embarassed by that plate, but I'm not (well I am a little with the plate but not the sloppy mess on it).

A glass of water before and one during.

Oh, and I made these vegan for the ladies:

Ha a dinner thread!

I had a turkey burger patty, some brown rice pasta with homemade tomato sauce and some wilted/sauteed kale.

Eating healthy is a pain in the ass. I want bacon.
