Bumping this back up...

I am trying to wrap my brain around the imperfection of words. Don't get me wrong. I am an English major, analyzing words takes up a lot of my time and I love it, but words are far from perfect. They are our best way of communicating thoughts, concepts, or feelings, yet we (as a whole) do not look at the fact that we use words like love to identify an emotion but to define love all we have are other words which are generally not enough to describe an emotion as profound as love.
