No...

...as a matter of fact, Burningman is one huge hoax played on you. All of the posters here are just socks of Badger, DVD Burner and III. (where the heck has he been anyway).

Visit the ExploraToRium stage

My art car is all set up as a mobile stage. You can take your act on the road! Keep your eyes open for it. Look for the arches, the dome, and a moving "gazebo" looking craft. We even have a brass pole if you dare!

Sheepman, most people with registered theme camps are probably already there now, or on the way. I'm sure many would love to hear your comedy on the playa, because, well, that's comedy!

Poets, writers, playwrights, and participants lend us your ears - or at least your mouths. The Center Camp Café features a spoken word stage called Word of Mouth which will host spoken-word, comedy and small-scale theatrical productions.

We are looking for performances from opening Monday and throughout the event until Monday, when the event closes. To arrange for a pre-scheduled performance time during the event, contact cafe-spoken(at)burningman(dot)com
You can also email: [email protected]

and include the following information:

Your name
Stage name
Description of act
Excerpt from one of your poems, sketches or plays

You can also do spontaneous performances at center camp and anywhere! Also, check this out: http://www.burningman.com/themecamps_in ... e_obs.html
