Where's the option for "I try to, but don't always succeed"?

Knowmad, did you think before you bumped this thread?

Yep! Took a long hard look in the moral mirror and said "Mirror mirror on the wall, who's the biggest dusch of all?"
And the Mirror said "Dude You are an idiot and a fuck but right now there is so much competition I just can't say."
Then I remembered this tread, and the deep reflectiveness of the self-snark pool gives, so I bumped it. along with the playa name generator and a few others.

Annyhoo, Safety Turd!

And thanks for the check OED

There is always the option to deploy the O F F Discriminator Switch rather than post. aka the GAL option.

I never post. Ever. if i was i would think about it for at least a week, then using massive search abilities find tht thread i considered posting on check to see if anyone had already said what iwas considering writing draft a few considered responses, settle on the best and post that with the note that it was meanrly my opinion and that i hoped it didnt offend anyone.

or i would just write drivel as it occured and psot it wothout spellchecking and seeing fit made sense.

Grai, I think our posting methods are responsible for the high positions we now hold in the peanut gallery of wingnut buffoonery here on eplaya. Preemptively disregard regrets, swallow pride, shed pretensions, and post frequently.

I try in earnest to think before I post, but alas, there are times when foot is in mouth, shaken not stirred.
Sometimes I'm confused by what I think is really obvious. But what I think is really obvious obviously isn't obvious.

pah growing up is for adults and we all know adults arent allowed in far away or never never land. so just use those digits (i know you know how) and post the drivel that comes into your head who knows some of it might even be funny? or clever or something besides you can always deny it later

I'll just repeat what I said earlier, in that nothing has changed in my posting habits. Though lately, I've enjoyed pushing buttons a bit more than usual. (But I think that's because it's just too tempting not to with some people.)

Not as much as I should. Depends on the subject

Frequently it is best to say nothing. I try and let my thoughts simmer for 12 hours before posting. But it is much more fun to just say the first thing that comes to mind. Spelling, punctuation and grammar be dammed!!!!
