It's easy to act tough behind a keyboard SOTP, but you're making an ass of yourself distorting what I say.

There are people on this board who know who I am. Your threat of violence against me / my suggesting an Occupy sit-in on the playa is ridiculous. Most people at the burn are not like that and the few that I saw shouting negative things about hippy's on the playa are a joke, easily squelched by any serious opposition.

Put me in the Kisha camp Little Flower. Just because you had a good corporate experience doesn't mean that that translates to the big ones and the Wall Streeters who are cheating and crashing the world. The rats and cockroaches are being exposed by the light of some good investigative journalism which is mostly on the political left these days, and by a spunky growing Occupy Movement.

Children get vaccinated but can't make decisions for their self. Adults are another story. The military takes over your "person" and you are a G.I. A draft would make this immoral, but enlisting is again a personal choice.

We're a small town (15K population) and our numbers are small (40+) but support is growing each week! Yay!! We will meet at the Ukiah Courthouse on Perkins & State Street, then march to the Spank of America (BofA) where we will again encourage our neighbors to transfer their bank accounts to local credit unions & show our support to the growing 1600+ OCCUPY GROUPS all over our country and world. Please join us, if you are in our area. Harvest was great again this year and the air smells heavenly!

In addition to being a personal choice you should know that vaccinations are not without risk. People do die from them.

Aside from that how much money do you think the drug companies make from flu vaccinations every year? And do you really think there is a new type of flu every year?

And just for perspective; If you make a virus vaccination to prevent half a dozen kids from dieing from it but a half a dozen other kids die from the vaccination, what have you gained?

There isn't a prescription medication that doesnt have some risk of side effects. But the risk with vaccines is far below acceptable limits and if forcing people to be vaccinated against their will to eradicate polio or any of a myriad of killer diseases , I'm all for it. Some diseases that were almost totally eradicated have started making an appearance because of stupid uneducated parents refusing to get their kids immunized. I was just reading earlier today about parents who are arranging to get their kids exposed to Chicken Pox so they build up an immunity to it, instead of taking the vaccine.

It's not faith healing, but knows where it lives, and waves on it's way to work.

When I had chicken pox I had a huge birthday party with my friends and a whole bunch of kids I did not know. It was weird but the mothers in the neighborhood found out I had chicken pox and wanted all their kids to get it. Apparently it is much better to get it in ones childhood than later on. Of course we played tag and I had to be "it."
