No goddamnit I don't. I can't remember a joke to save my ass, although I will laugh with wild abandon when hearing a good one.

TPBM knows it is past their bedtime but they are drunk and don;t care right now.\

It was only one glass of Chardonnay, but . . . yeah, I should probably go to bed. I have hated bedtime since infancy. The one time during childhood that I ever willingly laid down for a nap (age 4) it so alarmed my mother that she took me to the hospital. I had pneumonia! (Good call, Mom!) In short, bedtime can suck it.

this is true.. i was always amazed about how on star trek deep space 9 they show a buncha situations where people used the teleporter on earth itself.. it allowed one guy to visit home for dinner when he was going to school in europe... every night (if i recall correctly) .. i dont think they emphasized how cool this was enough..

ship to ship, ship to planet.. and even site to site within a ship is one thing.. but showing a interplanetary transport that uses the pad within your home? badass.

Some say the world will end in fire.
Some say in ice.
From what I know of desire,
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if I had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
to say that for destruction ice
is also great,
and would suffice.

Hey, I spent almost two hours in the garage, cleaning. And now that I've had my shower and my hair's wet, I'm not likely to go out again.

TPBM has the new Rammstein.

Nope. Rammstein falls into the category of music that is too painful (emotionally) for me to listen to currently.

Nope... I'm sticking with VT100.

(Actually, I had to look it up. I really dig the ideas. I guess you could kind of say I've been doing that for the last few years. I used to be very sarcastic and bitter. Just plain mad about things. I can't tell you how I came around from that. I just did. I'm trying hard to be open to people who disagree with me. I'm trying hard to be open to myself. Blah blah hippie blah peace blah blah light and positivity...etc, but its been good for me. My humor is still kind of hard edged, but it generally runs more towards the self deprecating kind. I don't call people stupid... but I'm very willing to act like I'm stupid in a demonstrative fashion... )
