They are hell of sewing up some ruffled polo shirts. Putting some bustles into some sensible knee length skirts. It's a cultural mashup whose time has come.

Seriously, there are a lot of creative people who come to BM who create trends. Look for a meme that also resonates emotionally and has a mythic quality.
