Is 9:30am early enough?
I could add making a 'wake up' post on this thread to my morning routine?

Now there's an idea...have everybody from around the world that post's on this board, to post every morning at 9:30am their time.
What other people think about you is none of your business.

But it's only 8:30am here, so I'll wait another hour before I post.

LOL, that would be great!

But, ya know whats kinda odd, is that I always remember eplaya saying my post was 1 hour behind when I posted it. I just noticed that the time of my post is the same as the time here in Denver.
I always assumed eplaya was on Pacific time, for obvious reasons. But now it is the same as Mountain time.

I haven't really looked since the time change in November. Is it possible that eplaya doesn't recognize day light savings time?
Or does the new eplaya system show each user time based on their location?
So users in different time zones see different times for posts?

Interesting.

in your profile, it asks you what time "you" are in? I beleive it's "GMT - (whatever)". So, you'd put in GMT-7 (IIRC) for
MST. It will then, tell you post times, based that.

IIRC, that is.

Yeah I totally hear that.
But if memory serves me, during the summer, it would be lets say 3pm here, and I would post and it would say I posted at 2pm.
Now, I post at 9:30 and it says 9:30.

I wounder if I had daylight savings time turned off, so when we fell back an hour last month, I got on track. I'm going to not change anything and see what happens in the spring.

I just had another idea...If MDMF is so upset with people posting here, a simple solution for him is to plonk every single eplaya user, then new posts would never show up on his side.

As a Mod, he cannot plonk. He is helpless but to see the cat gifs, pop music youtubes, the complaining & navel-gazing . . . and every last one of these vile posts in his thread.

We're still in the dark if navel-gazing is another code word like plonk, sock, or troll.

Hopefully Savannah will be along soon to enlighten us.

Navel-gazing is just an old-school phrase for self-contemplation and introspection, particularly to excess. :)
