Motown camp?

Post by danprater » Fri Dec 23, 2011 1:25 am

Fuck dance music. *Especially* the fucking dubstep. The best music is at the roller disco, and I can't rollerskate well enough to dance. I'm sick of going to the corner sound camps, or as I call them, energy hell. I want to find some God damn motown. Does anyone already do a motown bar, or art car, or something? Please. I want to put on a stupid afro, some lime green bellbottoms, a nice butterfly collared shirt, grab my white walking cane, and go git my smooth on.

There's a thread called Soul, Funk, Disco Camps at Burning Man?

http://eplaya.burningman.org/viewtopic.php?t=40255

After the main sale, check around the 2012 Theme Camps forum and use Google to see if any of these camps (or new camps) will be in attendance. There's always a variety if you're willing to seek it out.

(Stag Camp 6.0 will be there as ever, bringing the funk).

Dan, you can turn on your BBCode--so quotes and other tags work--by going into your User Control Panel, then to Board Preferences, next on Posting Defaults, and selecting "Yes" next to "Enable BBcode, and submit.
