If the only prayer you said in your whole life was, "thank you," that would suffice.

Thank you 49ers for a more interesting than usual season, and not subjecting us to undeserved Super Bowl hype.

"As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them." -- John F. Kennedy
When he lights his streetlamp, it is as if he brought one more star to life, or one flower.
When he puts out his lamp, he sends the flower, or the star, to sleep.
That is a beautiful occupation.

He kept it hid And so did she.

Then passed right by- And never knew.”

Thank you "Aunt" Flo for teaching me things that my family couldn't and most especially for instilling a love of jazz in me, it's been a source of comfort over the years.

Thank you mommy, for holding and rocking me, especially when I had bad dreams. Thank you for loving me and protecting me, instilling my love of God and Jesus, for showing me what hard work and works ethics mean. Thank you mommy for being there for me as a struggling adult and showing me how to truly love someone, and myself. But most of all, thank you mommy, thank you for being my mom. I couldn't ask for a better person for the job.
Sometimes I'm confused by what I think is really obvious. But what I think is really obvious obviously isn't obvious.

Moving parts in rubbing contact require lubrication to avoid excessive wear. Honorifics and formal politeness provide lubrication where people rub together.

Thank you to my friends, family & Creator for helping me kick the drugs & alcohol that were ruining my life, that was destroying me. 503 days, 10 hours, 3 minutes (and more) -- one heartbeat at a time, one breath at a time. Thank you for the reprieve from Hell & 24/7 suicidal thoughts. Thank you for loving me til I loved myself....I'm pretty fucking lovable!! Thank you for my grandson Jasper, my daughter Sammi....who are now seeing me live on my right path in total happiness & bliss (and believing in me again). I am grateful beyond words.

My Twilight Zone Moment of The Day....
If the only prayer you said in your whole life was, "thank you," that would suffice. -Meister Eckhardt

I read this yesterday here & haven't been able to get it out of my mind. It's simple & true. So today I'm driving in my truck, and it's just been a freaking beautiful day -- just perfect -- weather, nature...mountains all around me --- picture perfect awesome beautiful day, Crisp! Fresh! New! I was totally wrapped up in it's beauty, right? I couldn't help but smile all day long, and suddenly I told the blue sky, "Thank you. Thank you. Thank you." Then I turned on the radio and THIS bloody SONG starts playing....

I love it when the universe plays freaky little things like this on me.
Blew my mind...and made me smile even bigger.
Happy Weekend. xoxoxox
