Ygmir, the first season may be available already on DVD. Series two kicks off on April 1.
In less televisionary news, but still awesome science-fictional goodness, Ridley Scott's back in the SF game. As I understand it, Prometheus is set in the same universe that Alien took place in, but it's not a story about the xenomorphs we know and fear. Comes out in June, very excited to see what happens with that.

in sci-fi related news: joss whedon is supposed to have a deal with ABC for a new series. don't know if it will be sci-fi, but maybe it will have a better chance if it's not on FOX.
and i can't believe it's almost time for burning man again. i don't go but hearing stuff about dragon-con reminds me that it's at about the same time.
