Any infertility tips?
Any infertility tips?
My husband and I have been trying for about 18 months now and we still have no baby. I don't want to do IVF or anything like that. I'd like to stay natural if I can.
Does anyone one know how you can increase your fertility or chances of conceiving?

Re: Any infertility tips?
Start tracking your cycle by measuring your basal body temperature and keeping a chart.
Google yourself some "Natural Family Planing" and read up on it.
Once you have the charts going for a few months you should be able to figure exactly when you are ovulating and then you should go bunny on the task at hand.
Also, have your man go "dry", as in no lovin, no rosy palm, etc for a week before your fertile days.
If that all fails, there's always increasing the donor pool to boost the odds.

Isn't this an Open Discussion thread, not a Regional thread?

Oh, and like Bob might say, why get this kind of advice from strangers on the internet?
