Trouble w/ the law facing a felony for 1 gram of shrooms.

Yes I got caught this year. With very small amount of bud and shrooms.
The bud is a misdemeanor the shrooms are a felony. Has anyone been throught the Reno courts? Has anyone dealt with this? Is there a BRC lawyer who helps burners??? :oops:

First offense, you'll walk with some community service and fines. Have a lawyer handy. Weed used to be a felony here and a number of poeple I knew ended up getting slaps on the wrist and heading out of court.

Don't quote me on this, though. I don't know how they'll treat someone from out of state.

And for goodness' sake...don't go in front of judge Mckee...
