someone please explain to me how to post a picture! I wanna show off what I'm making for gifts this year

I only know of two ways to do it.
The first and I think easiest, is in the box where you POST A REPLY, there is obviously the white box where you type, under that there is the [save] [ Preview] [Submit] buttons. Right below those buttons there is a Blue area. It has 2 tabs. The first tab is Options, which is the default tab. The next tab is Upload Attachments.
If you click on that Upload attachments tab, you can hit the [Browse...] button and load stuff like a lot of programs.

The second way:
Requires you have a Photobucket, Flickr, or Tumblr account. Actually, I bet there are a ton of other sites that allow you to upload your own photos then generate an http:// for the picture, but those are the only three I know of.
I like photobucket, because its been around forever and I know how to use it.
Flickr is a little bit harder, because they try to make it so you can't link to pictures, it is possible but requires a little digging. Photobucket and tumblr make it easy.

Go to Photobucket and make an account its free. http://photobucket.com/
Once you have the account, you can upload pictures into your account, you can also sort by albums.
Once you have the pictures uploaded if you go to the album that they are in, you will see all sorts of different link types under the album. It will look something like this. In the photo I up loaded I have the last of the 4 link types highlighted. That is the one you want with the

O yeah, one of the main reasons Iike the photo bucket, is that a friend showed me how to upload photos straight from my phone. I don't have 'smart' phone, its not an old school flip phone either, its sorta somewhere in the middle.
But I set up my photobucket as an email recipient.

I use tumblr as my 'post-to' place for images. Free and dead simple to use, plus their site resizes the image automatically to something that fits on message boards. After I post something there, I look at my tumblr blog page and right click on the picture I want to use (I'm using Safari, your browser probably does exactly the same thing but words the menu differently). I choose 'copy image address' and then come back to ePlaya. In the message entry window, click the [Img] button and then with the cursor between those codes, I hit paste. That's it.

Even if I resize, my photobucket pics have been too large to show completely. Like our old auto-resizing function is gone.

I've experienced a lot of the same issues with Photobucket.
I've found that after 'edit' 'resize' I have to save the picture as a Copy and not the original. Then the new url for the pic will be the smaller version. But if I try to save over the original, it doesn't change here on eplaya. Its weird!!!!
